NAUEP Certification
NAUEP is an association of urban etiquette professionals who work across the country to bring the National Urban Etiquette
Initiative to life.
NAUEP Basic Etiquette/Protocol Certification
The NAUEP Basic Etiquette/Protocol Certification is designed to equip women who are seeking to start or revitalize their
etiquette business. The Certification includes a one day intensive training which combines both traditional etiquette
protocol and a sensitivity and recognition of urban culture.
This basic certification validates your credibility in the etiquette/protocol industry and with your clients. Becoming Certified
allows you to market your affiliation with NAUEP as you join a sisterhood of women and men across the country who work in
the field of etiquette.
The Basic Certification is the first level and will allow you to start your etiquette business or enhance your presentations.
Additional certifications are also available for individuals seeking to expand their etiquette business or adding to their
etiquette knowledge.
NAEUP Intermediate Certification
The NAUEP Certification is designed for individuals who have earned income for a least two years from etiquette instruction.
Intermediate Affiliates have an opportunity to become NAUEP Regional Directors and are recognized for their study,
background and proven record of success in urban instructor. Intermediate Affiliates will have the designation of NAUEP
ICEI.
NAEUP Advanced Certification
The NAUEP Advanced Certification is for individuals seeking to expand their already successful etiquette business into
corporate consulting and entering the customer service field. Advanced Certifications are conducted two time yearly.
NAUEP Advanced Instructors have the designation of NAUEP ACEI.
Certification Opportunities
Individuals seeking to be certified have an opportunity onsite and online to get certified to teach etiquette classes. For more
