| Mavis Caldwell Director of Membership Mavis Caldwell serves as the Director of Membership for the Urban Girlz and Momz Club. Ms. Caldwell is a 20 year Corporate training specialist who has trained for Fortune 500 companies including Sprint, HBO, and many more. Ms. Caldwell will work to meet the needs of the UrbanMomz and Girlz Membership. Ms. Caldwell holds a degree in Counseling with an emphasis in Alcohol and Drug Counseling. |

| Colette Martin Community Affairs Director Colette Martin is the Community Affairs Director for UrbanGirlz. Colette is also the National Director for the Ladies By Design Junior Debutante Course, a program run by Ladies By Design. Colette was born in Manhattan, New York and reared in the Bronx, New York. Colette is a graduate of the university of Oklahoma and received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication and History. She has made her career in the field of Education for past 14 years. Colette is trained in and taught Montessori Education, the Gifted and Talented curriculum, certified trainer Instructor by The Princeton Review to teach the SAT, and a United Way trained speaker. She has written grade level curriculum and trained teachers. Currently, Colette is an Education/Outreach Specialist for an agency and facilities to adults in teaching them about STD's, HIV/AIDS, and Women's Health Issues. | Tai McLemore Director of Sales & Investment Tai McLemore is the Director of Resource Development for UrbanGirlz.org. Ms. McLemore is a native of Cleveland, Ohio who recently relocated to Dallas, Texas where she works as Director of Campaign Programs for the United Way of Metropolitan Dallas. Ms. McLemore has a proven fund raising record and is currently responsible for supporting fund raising activities totalling $56 million in funds yearly. Tai holds a Bachelor's Degree from Kent State University in English and Pan African Studies. |
